Inspired by the vivid beauty and mystery of Africa, Whitley Neill is slightly softer than more traditional gins and very smooth with rich juniper and citrus, potpourri and exotic spices.  The finish is a long one with a subtle fade of herbs, cocoa and candied lemon peels, while the nose is both citrusy sweet and peppery, with a distinctive floral aroma

Jawbox Classic Dry is a single-estate gin made at Exhlinville distillery near Belfast.  Made using 11 botanicals including heather, liquorice, cubeb and grains of paradise.  Complex and smooth on the palate with rich juniper notes.

ShortCross is a classical gin style with a unique twist; best described as floral meadow, wild berries adn grassy notes.  It is a smooth gin with an exceptionally long finish.  Apples, elderberries, elderflowers adn wild clover are distilled with juniper, coriander, orange, lemon to make this gin.

Best served with Fevertree elderflower, fresh orange and a sprig of mint to garnish
